About 2 weeks ago, my aunt asked me to bake a cake for her, and of course it had to be chocolate, as she’s a big fan of chocolate cake, and loves the one I make.
But this time, I thought I’d do something a bit different seeing that my previous chocolate cakes were just plain decoration wise.
I decided to flavour some buttercream with strawberry extract, and colour it pink as well.
Chocolate and strawberry is the perfect indulgence combination, and I wanted to indulge my aunt a bit.
Goes without saying, she and my other aunts that joined her for tea, loved the cake.
Of course these days, they all love saying the cakes are too pretty to eat.. But eat them, they shall! Lol
